There is no limit on alcohol/tobacco imported from and delivered to an EU country where the tax/duty has been paid.
Cigarette prices: As a guide, most cartons of cigarettes for Czech travel to EU and UK are priced between 720kc (Benson and Hedges) to 840kc (Marlboro 100's). Cartons for Czech travel to a non-EU destination are priced around 600kc.
